This intensive one-week program provides a comprehensive approach that prepares your colleagues for the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) exam. This is supplemented with in-depth discussion of current industry topics such as:

Purchasing and Supply Management Certificate

Supply management has advanced beyond achieving reliable sourcing and cost savings. It now positions organizations to provide more value to customers, establish market differentiation, and remain flexible and agile. This two-week program enhances the knowledge of experienced purchasing managers and helps prepare your staff members for the Institute of Supply Management certification exam.

Strategic Planning

The Certificate in Strategic Management provides your group with applied strategic planning solutions. Topics covered include the essential principles, practices and tools required to facilitate the planning, execution and evaluation of strategy. All training is tailored to your organization's business. Participants will develop strategic plans in their areas of responsibility. Certificates in this program are awarded by DePaul University in affiliation with the Association for Strategic Planning.

Customer Service Excellence Certificate

Great organizations recognize that financial strength requires superior customer service. In this one-day seminar, your employees will learn the techniques needed to interact with customers effectively. Building a positive rapport with customers allows for personal and organizational success. Half-day follow-up training and coaching sessions after 90 days are provided to review techniques that are working and discuss those that are not. Individual coaching is also available.

New Media Marketing Strategies

This four-day course teaches the latest strategies, tools and techniques in direct, interactive, digital and database marketing. This includes the planning, execution and the right Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to demonstrate success. Taught by industry experts with a strong reliance on case studies and real-world examples, this program offers the most current approach for developing marketing strategies, exploring new ways to track performance expenditures, and configuring the media mix.

Six Sigma Green Belt

The Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate Program is a disciplined, data-driven approach that focuses on process improvement and variation reduction by applying a set of simple, yet sophisticated, statistical, analytical and problem solving techniques.

Practical Internet Marketing

This two-to-three-day course teaches how to communicate effectively to a target audience through the use of social media tools like blogs, video and networking sites. The goal is to strategically use social media to increase the demand for products and services. Emphasis is placed on analytic tools to gauge the effectiveness of various internet strategies. Through a series of presentations and in-class discussions, your staff members will learn how to blog, Tweet, develop podcasts and vodcasts, as well as how to optimize web pages for search engines.
